BP2020 Product Review I have bought this backpack for all of my children (3). My oldest is going on his fifth year with the same one. It shows no sign of wear. It is also the lightest one I could find.

16, 2005 Title: 2nd backpack I have this same backpack in black that I purchased over 3 years ago (this one is olive in color, which matches my Golden Gate duffel). Used almost daily, it barely shows wear. The inside has 2 panels that divide the large backpack into 2 compartments. The panels are not connected at the bottom, so smaller items float around, but I use the dividers to help keep my planner, books, etc. separate. The fron pocket is quite roomy and very convenient, and there is a side zipper in the large part to allow access without opening the top. Great day pack, lots of room and VERY comfy to wear. Can't wait to get another color!!

14, 2004 Title: Perfect backpack I have been toting this backpack around almost exclusively for over 2 years. It has held up EXCEPTIONALLY well. The dividers are great. The bag is sectioned into 3 parts, however, the "walls" are not closed at the bottom, so stuff can float around at the bottom, but bigger stuff will be separated (such as kids's clothes or magazines). It is very comfortable. There is a little side zip to allow access without opening the top. I use the front little zippered compartment a lot, as well, mostly for loose change and bills and my cell phone. In the main sections, I usually carry a dayrunner, water bottles, cosmetic bag and all the other things associated with kids (toys, snacks, extra clothes). There is also a little clip inside for your keys. I ahve washed it several times. I own several Kiplings and love them all. I am now in the market for maybe another color in this very same backpack. BUY IT!! You won't be disappointed :)

31, 2005 Title: 7+ years Ok, this year is going to be the 8 year anniversary of this bag.
It still looks bright red. It has traveled all over Europe and Asia with me. I love it. The only reason it received 4 stars for durability is because the drawstring got worn out in the initial couple of years but was immediately replaced with another by my husband. However now nearing the 8 year anniversary the black clip up front broke. I am devastated and I refuse to give up. Looking for a replacement clip if possible as the backpack looks great and working strong.
